We fully guarantee this product to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing faults for 12 months from date of original purchases.


Parts and labour will be covered for the first year. (i.e. Customer have to pay for labour and other spare part charges after the first year.)
 
This warranty does not cover:
  • If customer failed to present this completed warranty card and receipt when servicing is requested.
  • Product caused by accident, misuse and unauthorised repair in anyway being tampered occurred during by or from the customer.
  • Any alteration or modification to the appliance.
  • Any defects or damage due to spillage of food, liquids or chemical reaction arose during washing, cleaing, cooking etc, resulting corrosion, rusty or stam marks.
  • Use other than in accordance to the instruction for operation.
  • Commercial usage.
  • Claims from missing or damaged parts after purchases.
